Leadership Paper
The success of a company project relies not only on the relationship between project members but also by their interaction and association with upper management. In this paper, the focus will be on leadership and its effect on project management. More specifically, this paper will determine the qualities that constitute an effective leader, how these leadership qualities affect leaders as they pursue their projects, and determine what makes some CEOs successful and others not. This paper will then conclude by describing how the application of the code of ethics will have on project management professions for leaders.
